Payment terms for each new tenant are outlined as follows. We collect the first month’s rent and deposit prior to signing of the lease agreement. Rent minus professional fees are transferred to landlords bank account within 7 working days. Tenants are set up on standing orders for future direct rent payments to the landlord.
